Ivy Drexler earned her B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of San Francisco and her M.S. in Engineering Science from the University of South Florida. She finished her Ph.D. at the University of South Florida, where she was studying the cultivation of algae in wastewater for biofuel applications using an interdisciplinary perspective. Ivy has worked in both the public and private sector of the wastewater industry and has studied in South and Central America, Australia, and Europe. Passionate about resource recovery and sanitation issues, Ivy plans to dedicate her career to education.
